A river-road address

Pak Ping Rim Khong is at 484 Moo 2, Wiang, Chiang Saen, on the road across from the Mekong. Standard double and twin rooms are listed at 20 square metres, Superior at 24, and triple or family accommodation at 30. Air conditioning, refrigerators, private bathrooms, television, parking and a terrace are listed.

Views and access vary

Yusuke’s 3 April 2026 review described a partial Mekong view, a borrowed bicycle and enjoyable northern Thai breakfast, but road traffic continuing at night. Ramir’s 18 February review liked a clean, updated room and helpful reception while noting there was no elevator.

Terence’s 7 February 2026 account described preordering breakfast from four options and finding no safe in three booked rooms. Confirm the view, stairs and equipment in the available category rather than assuming every room follows a riverside-resort template.

A consistent welcome in separate accounts

Duncan’s October 2024 Expedia accounts praised updated, clean rooms and helpful staff, with an extended stay. Mark’s 24 February 2026 review similarly found the property clean, comfortable and friendly. The appeal is a practical Chiang Saen base, with breakfast terms and bicycle availability agreed separately.
