One apartment within Summer Hua Hin

Summer Hua Hin by Sirirat is a privately hosted apartment at 107/424 Mooban Takiab, Nong Kae. The listing describes 41 square metres with one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchenette. This review concerns that apartment, rather than every independently managed unit in the Summer condominium.

The main attraction is the balcony’s direct connection to the shared swimming pool, confirmed in several 2026 guest accounts. It offers a different routine from taking a lift and walking through corridors for every swim. Poolside space still belongs to the wider complex.

The published kitchenette inventory includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven and toaster. Air conditioning, WiFi, a television and shower are also listed. The complex provides parking and a fitness room, while the host asks guests to provide their arrival time.

That combination suits an apartment stay in which guests prepare some food and organise their own day. It is sensible to establish how arrival, supplies and cleaning work for the chosen length of stay.

Pool access is popular; upkeep reports vary

Ralf’s March 3, 2026 account praised the furnished kitchen, high rain shower, comfortable mattress and direct pool access, but found sun loungers scarce. Karen’s January 17 report liked the responsive host, bed and smooth arrival, while noting cracked crockery and limited linen and cleaning supplies over a two-week stay. The owner offered a clean during that visit.

David’s February 4 account reported no water on arrival, an unavailable television and a cleaning charge. These contrasting reports make the maintenance and housekeeping arrangements relevant alongside the appeal of swimming from the balcony.
