Find the Chatuchak address
Grandview Place Serviced Apartment is listed at 233/11 Lat Phrao Soi 1, Lane 5, in Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok. Match the full address when arranging transport through the smaller lanes. Agoda places Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS approximately 550 metres away; that figure is a location guide rather than a timed walking route.
The studio and practical facilities
Listed facilities include an elevator, parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, air conditioning and round-the-clock security. The available photographs show a straightforward bedroom, television cabinet and wardrobe, giving the accommodation a functional residential character.
The dated guest evidence concerns a Studio with King Bed. Confirm the actual category and bed setup rather than assuming every room matches those photographs.
Room space did not resolve the hygiene problem
Khanittha, reviewing on 20 December 2022 after a two-night December stay, liked the spacious room and convenience to Lotus. However, the guest reported a very dusty floor, hairs on the blanket and dirty pillows.
That account cannot establish present conditions, but it is a concrete reason to seek recent cleanliness feedback and current room photographs before reserving. The studio’s space and location should be weighed alongside the standard of the particular room offered.
