Rangsinee Resort: terrace time in the Ban Du countryside

A dated guest account favours birds and peace, while weather cover and pet arrangements need their own checks.

A location near the hot-spring area

Rangsinee Resort is at 42 Moo 18, Ban Du, outside central Chiang Rai near the Pong Phrabat hot-spring area. Amimir lists a garden, reading room, meeting room and table tennis. Wi-Fi is marked as payable, so complimentary access should not be assumed.

The detached-house terrace setting is more relevant than a city-centre routine. Establish the current room type, route and transport before choosing it for frequent trips into town. If internet access is important, clarify charges and coverage for the actual room.

One recent account describes the outdoor routine

Nathathida’s Google report displayed through Wanderlog, dated 30 November 2024, described extending two nights to three with a Thai Bangkaew dog, enjoying birds and a peaceful terrace. Uncovered terrace sections were less practical in rain. The dog’s presence was specific to that stay, rather than a current blanket pet policy.

Joel’s 5 May 2017 account praised a family setting, service and food, while Young’s 7 February 2018 report liked the peaceful location near the hot springs. These older comments do not establish present meal service. Confirm roof coverage if outdoor sitting matters, and agree any pet stay directly. Rangsinee is worth considering when the Ban Du setting is a deliberate part of the trip.
