Choose the Sila location
The Boon House is listed at 25/1 Moo 2, Mittraphap Road, Sila, Khon Kaen. Its location near Khon Kaen University makes it relevant to a university-area visit. Check your destination against this address before choosing it for a city-centre itinerary.
Chiangdao describes serviced-apartment accommodation, with parking and laundry among the listed facilities. This is a practical room-based stay whose usefulness depends on where you need to be. Confirm the approach and parking arrangements if arriving by car.
A room with space to work
The facility listing includes air conditioning, a desk, refrigerator, television, shower and WiFi, together with balcony or terrace space. Confirm the amenities attached to the specific room you reserve. The photographs show wooden four-poster beds, but do not establish the category you will receive.
Pranom, reviewing a one-night Standard-room group stay in December 2017, liked the large room and bed and singled out a working desk with its own light. The guest placed the accommodation about 100 metres from Mittraphap Road and valued its proximity to the university. That is a useful historical description of the room’s practicality, rather than a measurement of every room.
Read the older feedback in context
Chatchai also praised service after separate Standard-room stays in February and April 2017, in a review posted that July. The available detailed feedback is old, so it cannot establish present room condition or staffing.
Before booking, check the current room photographs, desk arrangement and balcony availability. The listed golf reference concerns a course within three kilometres; it does not establish an on-site golf facility. Choose this address for its fit with your university-area plans and confirm the room details that matter to your stay.
