Choose a hostel near Long Beach

Non La Mer Hostel, also listed as Bed & Yoga, is at 305/4–5 in Koh Lanta’s Long Beach area. Expect a dorm bed and shared facilities. The beach is described as roughly a five-minute walk away, so the appeal is a nearby beach base with communal living rather than a private beachfront room.

The listed dorm equipment includes curtains, reading lights, power points and lockers. Check the specific dorm and bathroom arrangement when reserving, particularly if privacy and access to a shower are important.

Shared space is part of the stay

The owner’s Hostelworld listing describes a guest kitchen, fitness facilities and tour assistance. Cats are also part of the hostel environment. Julia’s April 2026 stay report liked comfortable beds and a sociable atmosphere that was not wild; travellers looking for a quieter social setting may find that combination appealing.

In a March 2026 report on Planet of Hotels, Sushil described quiet sleeping rooms despite road noise in the communal area. The guest found the showers clean, appreciated a drying area and described a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooker and utensils. Breakfast during that stay included toast and eggs; check what your present booking includes.

Book yoga on the owner’s stated terms

The owner listing now describes paid yoga: 200 baht for staying guests and 500 baht for outside participants, with in-person booking one or two days ahead after a prior night’s stay. Confirm the schedule, eligibility and price directly when planning your visit. Older comments describing free yoga should not be read as the current offer.

Daniel’s February 2026 report liked the bed and exercise facilities, including boxing equipment, but found the open lounge hot and noted that yoga could book out one or two days ahead. If classes are central to your plans, arrange them early rather than assuming a space will be available.

Balance convenience with shared-bathroom realities

Berenice’s January 2026 account mentioned a dorm bathroom plus a larger bathroom downstairs, along with curtains, a locker and refill water. These details help explain the hostel’s practical appeal, though the layout may differ between dorms.

Naomi’s April 2026 Hostelworld report praised the staff but mentioned drain smells, a useful counterpoint to the positive shower reports.
