A small manor in Chang Phueak
Sireeampan Boutique Resort and Spa puts its identity into a small collection of eleven suites. The property at 88/8 Moo 1, Chang Phueak, takes the form of a replica Thai manor inspired by the Rattanakosin era. This is a retreat to return to between outings, with a scale quite different from a large city hotel.
Each suite takes its name from a gemstone, with colours, textures and artwork drawing on Thailand’s jewellery heritage. The point of choosing this address is that intimate, decorative setting. Someone planning to spend mornings and evenings within the grounds has more reason to value it than someone seeking a room directly among the Old City’s walking routes.
The 55-square-metre Suite Room
The official Suite Room category provides 55 square metres, combining a bedroom with generous living space. Its bathroom has a bathtub and separate rain shower within a five-fixture arrangement. Those details belong to this category; the hotel also markets Studio and S-Class accommodation, so the name on the reservation matters.
The Suite page lists a Posturepedic bed with 600-thread-count linen, a safe, air conditioning and WiFi. A coffee machine and kettle sit alongside the advertised complimentary minibar. These are useful provisions for an unhurried morning inside the suite, particularly when the living area is part of the reason for choosing the category.
The same page describes a 40-inch television, Apple TV and docking equipment. Guests who depend on a particular entertainment connection should confirm the equipment now installed rather than assuming every detail of that published technology list remains current.

Breakfast on your own timetable
The signature breakfast is described as an individually prepared hamper, tailored to preferences and dietary requirements. The advertised service window is 6:30–10:30am, with delivery anywhere within the resort. Breakfast in the room and breakfast beside the pool are both part of the stated concept.
That arrangement gives breakfast a different rhythm from a fixed buffet room. Bread, pastries, savoury items, tea and coffee feature in the description, with the hotel inviting guests to discuss their preferences. The booked rate should establish what is included, and any dietary requirement needs to be agreed directly.
A pool at the centre
The official facilities page places a lap pool and Jacuzzi in the middle of the resort and posts opening hours of 8am–8pm. They provide a reason to leave part of the day unscheduled, especially for guests treating the property as a place to relax between city visits.
Service praise, with room-specific reservations
A Suite guest staying in January 2026 praised the greenery, quiet atmosphere, attention to detail and service. An October 2025 Class Studio guest likewise appreciated the Thai decor and staff, but found the room fan noisy.
The less favourable accounts add useful context. A December 2024 Studio guest reported taxi dependence, ageing maintenance and a damp first-floor room, while praising service and dinner. A January 2025 Studio guest liked the large room and friendly staff but reported aircraft noise during the day and night. These are individual experiences in named categories, rather than a description of every suite.
Sireeampan’s appeal rests on its intimate manor setting and attentive hospitality. Room position, maintenance and sensitivity to noise remain meaningful considerations alongside the decorative surroundings.
